With over 25 years in the insurance industry and 12+ years spent helping more than 12,000 people become licensed adjusters, I’ve learned one thing: a license isn’t enough. My real work begins after the certificate—coaching committed individuals into meaningful, sustainable careers in independent adjusting. I guide with honesty, encouragement, and accountability—always redirecting, never criticizing—so adjusters stay on the path they set out to walk.

Outside of coaching, I’m a proud dad of nine, fluent in chaos and compassion. Whether I’m breaking up Lego fights, grilling dinner, or teaching Spanish, I lead with a servant’s heart and a love for clear, purposeful communication.
